Bannister Downs is proud to be a part of the community of Northcliffe and Shire of Manjimup. Because we are committed to supporting local community events and emerging businesses we have started this exciting new not-for-profit venture, The Hand in Hand Project.
We want to support our local community and promising new businesses in a way that is accessible, structured and generous to enable organisations and individuals to receive financial support that will also be of long term benefit to our community.
Created in May 2013, the Hand in Hand Project has been established to provide a long term community fund that is available on application to groups, businesses and individuals in the instance where they have an event, not for profit organisation or visionary business proposal requiring seed capital.
We hope that by showing the way, and offering achievable grants focused specifically within the Shire of Manjimup, other businesses may also see the community benefit of offering this type of support to the community and will therefore consider similar initiatives or become a part of our Hand in Hand Project too.
