Our recycling partner REDcycle has temporarily stopped recycling activities in Australia

It has come to our knowledge that from 9 November 2022, our recycling partner REDcycle in Australia has suspended its current recycling activities.

REDcycle’s supply chain, connected collectors and recyclers are impacted by the unforeseen challenges connected to the pandemic and their own operational challenges with capacity. Such concerns have resulted in REDcycle making the decision to stop the flow of materials to these suppliers and suspend the program temporarily. REDcycle is currently working to find alternative ways as well as new contractors to enable a restart of the program with recycling activities that bring stability and certainty for the consumers and the entire supply chain. We will keep you updated regarding the REDcycle developments, and look forward to the program being up and running as soon as possible. We are all committed to ensuring materials are part of a circular economy. Sustainability enables collaboration and commitment by all of us so we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transitional period.
